This dish featured fresh, quality fish alongside plenty of light, healthy produce for a satisfying but low-carb meal. The mild fish with an accent of fresh lemon was delicious and went perfectly with the crunch from the Brussels sprouts salad. We loved the simple yet tasty homemade Dijon dressing, which perfectly rounds out the meal.
Plus, all those veggies left us feeling satisfied but not overly full—exactly what you want in a low-carb dinner option.
Tuscan-Spiced Chicken & Cheesy Broccoli with Garlic-Tomato Pan Sauce & Roasted Carrots
We were impressed with the quality of the veggies we received for this meal, and the portions were also great! The Tuscan spices and garlic-tomato sauce gave the chicken a delicious flavor, and the quality cut of the chicken cooked up perfectly. To round it out, broccoli with just a bit of cheese and roasted carrots made a genuinely satisfying side – we didn’t miss the carbs at all!

This tasty beef chili reminds us of what HelloFresh does best—classic meals with a twist to keep things fresh. The well-seasoned ground beef is the foundation for this hearty chili, which uses borlotti beans for a bit of a change. The poblano pepper and chili powder gave it just the right amount of spice without going overboard. Plus, plenty of sour cream was provided to help cool down the heat if needed.
This chili was perfectly filling with beans, beef, and veggies while still being low in carbs.
