This meal is part of the Diet-To-Go Balance-Classic plan lunch menu. We loved this one! We have to say that since it is a melt over dish, it seemed perfect to warm it in oven and not microwave, so that’s what we did. You can’t go wrong with fresh tomatoes, basil and melted cheese, and what we loved the most about this meal was the surprisingly amazing sweet apples with cinnamon flavors on the side. Really very good! A fun and fulfilling lunch to eat option at home or at the office.
This meal, along with all of Diet-to-Go meals, is well balanced in terms of carbs, sodium, fats and cholesterol, and had a relatively low-calories count of 420 calories. We can honestly say that for us Diet-to-Go seems like a perfect fit for people who wish to lose weight or who control their weight over time.
