We loved this dish from the Freshly meal collection. The meal arrived prepared and ready to heat via microwave, and it was filled with great flavors! It featured a smoky taste that came from a blend of three different chili powders. The ground beef and sweet vegetables were soft and tender, properly slowly cooked, and came with a delicious sauce that added some great flavors.
We loved the Paleo twist, which basically involved swapping the classic black beans for diced sweet potatoes. The smoky and sweet flavors combined perfectly and created a comforting, delicious and healthy Chilli.
We ate this without any other accompaniments, but since its calorie count is so low (only 300!!!), you could easily combine it with some sour cream or fresh guacamole.
