Although my husband and I try to include a lot of vegetables in our diet, sometimes there is nothing quite like an exceptionally good steak.
It is even more of a bonus if it only takes 15 minutes to cook! This dish was so quick to make in that all I needed to do was heat the potatoes in the oven for 10 minutes and cook the steak in a pan along with the snap peas. The béarnaise sauce which came already prepared was a perfect final touch to this meal along with the fingerling potatoes and the sugar snap peas. They were a lovely accompaniment to a beautiful piece of meat. Like with many Gobble dishes there was minimal preparation, the steak was vacuum sealed for freshness and the potatoes were ready to put straight into the oven. An incredibly delicious and super easy meal.
