Great news if you are on a low calories diet

Hello Fresh is now offering Calories-Smart meals as part of their diverse weekly menu!

The meals are conveniently marked as “Calories smart” in the menu (you can easily find the mark in the description below each menu item), and there are three weekly meals at this category. You can just choose the classic plan and pick the meals you would like.

Hello Fresh describe the meals as most wholesome, nutritionally dense and balanced, with a calorie count of around 650 calories or less per serving – although if a meal falls higher on the calorie spectrum because it includes more healthy fats like salmon, avocado or whole grains (farro, brown rice, and quinoa) it will also be considered a fit dish to this menu.

Here are some examples of great dishes from the Hello Fresh low calories count menu, to get your taste buds working  – Honey-Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans – a delicious fancy dinner with only 550 calories count!

Or Shrimp and Zucchini Ribbons with Basil Oil over Jasmine Rice , with only 600 calories count. Another great example of a fancy steak meal is Crushed Peppercorn Steak with Creamed Kale and Potato Wedges, with only  580 calories count!
