Along with some unfiltered sake, this dish allowed my husband and me to have a tasty Japanese night in! One of the reasons I love using meal kits is that you can on occasion, learn new cooking techniques. I have never used corn starch for coating before and coating the shrimp in corn starch resulted in a lovely and delicious crispiness. The shrimp were combined with a delectable Japanese style sauce made from a Teriyaki glaze, mirin and sesame seeds. The final fresh addition to this dish was a wonderful slaw made from cabbage and edamame.
