Another big success from the culinary team of Home Chef.  

The first thing we have to say about this dish is that we were super pleased with the high-level of ingredients we received. The poblano peppers were big and shiny, simply beautiful!

The chicken thighs were also great, and there were pre-cut, which is convenience at its best!

At first glance, this meal looked a little sophisticated, but in reality, it was easy to cook and only took 30 minutes, which is less than what was stated in the recipe.

Most importantly, the taste of the combination of the sweetness of the pineapple and the delicate spiciness from the poblanos and the Jerk sauce was delicious. The topping of the freshly diced tomato and the pickled onions (which were also very easy to make) gave it another fresh element.

We loved that this meal had only 483 calories per serving, and it was a quite generous serving – so it is a great lean and healthy meal option.
