This salmon dish by Plated was amazing!
We absolutely loved the hearty kale Caesar salad, with the interesting addition of roasted shredded Brussel sprouts and roasted whole grape tomatoes. The Caesar dressing was very easy to prepare and was delicious – just perfect!
The icing on the cake was the Parmesan frico (Italian crisps made by spreading shredded cheese on a baking sheet).
This fresh salad was a perfect match for a decent piece of salmon that was delicately seasoned with dried Italian herbs.
This meal could be a perfect match for pescatarian and low-carb diet followers. We also must mention that the dish was very easy to prepare and was ready in less than 30 minutes.
All we had to do was roast the fish and the vegetables, make the Caesar dressing and parmesan frico, then plate and serve. Bon Appetit!
