I like to include a lot of vegetables in my diet and I love to eat greens in general. I especially love eating them with meat – greens and great steak provide the best combination of lightness and heaviness. So, when I saw this dish on the Plated menu I knew it would be a great match for me!
This recipe was quite easy to make. I simply seared the steak for few minutes in a hot pan with olive oil, salt and pepper. I then sautéed the greens and made the honey mustard sauce. This kind of recipe is perfect at the end of a long day. The steak was nice and tender, and the portion size was pleasing. All the greens were lovely and fresh as well. Overall it was another good dish from the Plated team. It was a classic and enjoyable meal. It was delicious without being complicated and was in fact quite simple to make. Another very satisfying dish from the Plated creative team.
