Green Chile Burger

With a combination of traditional Southern flavors and nutritionally-rich ingredients, our Green Chile Burger puts a healthy spin on Southwestern cuisine! To start, we season a grass-fed burger patty with chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic and paprika. Then, we lay it on a bed of Pico de Gallo sauce made with roasted green chilies, onions and garlic, meant to mimic a Mexican green chile sauce. Finally, black beans cooked with epazote, peppers, onions, garlic and chili powder provide a spicy, fiber-rich side dish.
