This dish from the Purple Carrot vegan kitchen was delicious and included a nice combination of flavors, and was a very appropriate dish for a Fall menu!
It is good to note that even though 100% of the Purple Carrot menu is vegan, it is also suitable for non-vegans. The vegan sour cream had an appealing flavor that we believe anyone would love.
The dish was also quite easy to prepare and simply involved cooking the fresh gnocchi, sautéing the cabbage and onions, mixing the vegan sour cream dill sauce, and combining the salad. We matched a lovely white wine with this dinner and really enjoyed it!
