I cooked this chicken dish for a lunchtime treat, and it was delicious. Fresh and light but still very fulfilling!
The ingredients I received in this kit were all an exceptionally high quality, starting with the chicken tenders, the pre-cut asparagus, the arugula, and the tri-colored plum tomatoes. The dish was super easy to cook. Basically, it just involved mixing the dressing, halving the tomatoes, browning the chicken on a hot pan and then cooking all the ingredients together for few short minutes.
Lunch was ready to eat in 20 minutes. The portion size was also quite generous. The icing on the cake – it was only 260 calories per serving!!
